Solio Lodge

Program:

We will arrange transport from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Wilson Airport for a 40min flight to Nanyuki where you will be taken straight to the Lodge in time for lunch.

We are situated on Solio Ranch, a 45,000 acre ranch, with a 19,000 acre game conservancy.

Accommodation:

After breakfast you will be taken to the Nanyuki airstrip to catch your flight to Samburu and then head straight to Sasaab.

Situated on the high banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River, Sasaab commands breathtaking views across the arid landscape of the Northern Frontier.

Accommodation:

Sasaab’s design is inspired by the Moroccan and Swahili styles. Our airy rooms, enormous bathrooms and secluded plunge pool offer cooling relief from the African heat. We welcome you on arrival in our lounge area with a refreshing drink.

After breakfast we will take you to the airstrip to catch your flight back to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. On arrival you will be taken to Giraffe Manor in time for lunch.

      The sanctuary surrounding the manor is home to Rothschild Giraffes who frequently visit the hotel in order to assess any newcomers.
